½ cup grass-fed raw yogurt

2–4 tablespoons Antidote

1–2 tablespoons wild honey

½ cup ice or frozen berries

Blend all ingredients well and enjoy.

*Additions of 1–2 tablespoons colostrum and/or grass-fed, whole-whey protein are recommended as well.

Tropical Chocolate-dote

Makes 1 (16-ounce) serving

1 cup Wild Milk, coconut milk, or almond milk

½ cup frozen papaya or mamey, if available

2–4 tablespoons Antidote

1–2 tablespoons cacao powder

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1–2 tablespoons colostrum
